Cross-Selling Program
Cross-selling begins with a firm organizing its colleagues to work as a team in order to expand their business with existing clients. It covers a period of 3 to 4-months; from initial training to implementation of a practical Rapport Marketing® Cross-Selling Program. During that time 10-12 participants are selected for the group, trained on cross-selling techniques and tools—including making presentations to their colleagues—the group continues to meet for months afterwards to ensure the new behavior is in-grained. Progress is tracked by measuring how much business is generated using the Cross-Selling Program. [More information]
