The workbook supplies a detailed framework for a personal action plan under each of the 12 headings. The Team Dimensions 2.0 Profile is a unique self-directed learning instrument that helps individuals work from their strengths by identifying their most natural team role. The Team Dimensions Profile helps team members understand the importance of each role and furthers their appreciation of each individual’s contribution. The five roles include Creator, Advancer, Refiner, Executor, and Flexer.
Tasks are passed from Creators to Advancers, from Advancers to Refiners, and from Refiners to Executors. Flexer's keep the process moving by filling gaps in the team. It’s a proven way to clarify roles, simplify processes, and maximize individual contributions for total team results. A group report is also available.

Conflict Strategies Inventory

The Conflict Strategies Inventory gives participants valuable new insights into how they handle conflict situations. The assessment measures five basic conflict strategies: avoiding, smoothing, competing, compromising, and integrating. Presented with 10 short cases of typical, work-related conflict, participants choose the actions they are most likely to take—actions that are indicative of 5 basic conflict strategies.
Team Effectiveness Profile

The Team Effectiveness Profile helps teams identify and eliminate blockages in 5 vital areas of team activity: mission, planning, and goal setting; organizational roles; operating processes; interpersonal relationships; and inter-group relations. The TEP yields an overall Team Effectiveness Score as well as separate scores for each of the 5 areas, indicating the general health of the group and blockages that hinder team effectiveness.
