All in-house workshop programs can be delivered in various lengths; from a 1.0-hour session to an all day format; to several sessions over a period of weeks or months, depending on thenprogram combination chosen. Most sessions are delivered in 2.0-hour periods.

As part of each program Tim Hrastar is available by phone and email to answer any questions participants may have for up to 30-days following each session--and in-between sessions when multiple sessions are delivered.

Any combination of the following programs can be mixed with each other to provide a totally customized and practical program to fit your exact needs.

Once it's decided what program topics/modules have been chosen Tim W. Hrastar Associates provides promotional copy in a Word document for you to promote tthe program to all participants. The copy includes a description of the topics, any assessment reports they may be taking prior to the workshop and how that works, the objectives of the program--what they will learn during the workshop, and a brief biography of Tim Hrastar.

Workshops

  1. Business Development for Lawyers & Business Professionals. This program covers professional service marketing, business and client development, relationship management, practice management, and client communications issues. outline of program contents
     
  2. Creative Pricing Means Client Value. This workshop is designed to help lawyers and professional service providers understand what value pricing is and how to use it. You'll walk away with practical pricing policies you can implement immediately that will enhance your practice and improve your communications with clients. Some of the topics include; the history and pitfalls of hourly billing, how clients determine value, benefits of value pricing and methods to use, how to communicate value pricing to your clients, and more. 
     
  3. Interpersonal & Organizational Communications. This workshop is designed for everyone in any type of organization--professional service firms to any business or industry. It covers such topics as; interpersonal communications, how to give feedback, listening, etc.
     
  4. How to Create & Deliver Persuasive Presentations. There are a couple of versions of this program. One is delivered as a standard workshop, and the other is delivered as a workshop in conjunction with personal coaching for a limited number of participants. Topics include; the audience, the message formulation, and the delivery.
     
  5. Persuasive Communications in the Courtroom. This workshop presents practical ideas in persuasion and communications for the courtroom--how to win over judges and juries with your communication and persuasion skills.
     
  6. Time Management for Lawyers & Business Professionals. The time management workshop uses a combination assessment and workbook to help participants sort through their time management issues. Twelve categories of time management are reviewed.
     
  7. Meeting Dynamics: Conducting & Participating in Effective Meetings. This program covers all aspects of how to conduct, participate in, and facilitate client and associate meetings.
     
  8. FREE Workshop: Cool Tools for Business Development & Communications [1.0-hour customized Lunch 'n Learn session] This free workshop is customized with the topics of your choice. Every client is eligible for one FREE Cool Tools workshop per year. [Free within 250-miles of Dayton OH.]
